Refund policy

Simone Rocha operates a 14-day return and/or exchange policy upon receipt of your order. To qualify for a full return, all items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds should the returned merchandise fail to meet the conditions of our return policy. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning any item. Return shipping fees are set at $15. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Faulty Items

In the event that an item is received damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide sufficient information and photographic evidence to be eligible for a refund. Please email woosterstreet@simonerocha.com and be sure to include your name and order number for reference.

Please note that we are unable to offer repairs for Crocs products.


Crocs Collaboration

All Simone Rocha x Crocs products are final sale, they cannot be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.

  

Discounted Items 

Items discounted at more than 50% off are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.


In-store Purchases

We are pleased to offer exchanges or a 6-month credit note for items purchased in our New York store, provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by a valid receipt. Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or payment using a credit note. This does not affect your statutory rights.
