When and how we collect information:

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on the location is accessed from. We use Google Analytics  in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.


We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimise this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymised user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.  We use the Klaviyo marketing automation platform in order to deliver our newsletter to subscribers. In the process of signing up for our newsletter, we will ask for consent to contact you via the email address provided during signup. Email sent via the Klaviyo platform include a one-pixel tracking image. This allows us to capture data on open rates, as well as click-throughs on links and attachments. It may also capture information on open times and locations. Email tracking allows us insight into user and contact interactions with our emails, and helps us to ensure that we are providing value in our communications. Email tracking, utilises an ‘image’ tracking pixel and allows us to know if an email sent by the us
