Refund Policy
Simone Rocha operates a 14-day return and/or exchange policy upon receipt of your order. To qualify for a full return, all items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with tags still attached.
Please note, we hold the right to refuse refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Faulty Items
If an item is considered damaged or faulty, to be eligible for a refund you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with as much information and imagery as possible. Please email woosterstreet@simonerocha.com and be sure to include your name and order number.
Please note that Crocs repairs will not be accommodated.
Crocs Collaboration
All Crocs are final sale, they cannot be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.
Discounted Items
Items discounted at more than 50% off are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
In-store Purchases
We are happy to offer exchange or a 6-month credit note if items purchased in our New York store are returned within 14 days with a valid receipt. No refund, exchange, or payment with a credit note on sale items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
