Tie-Neck Dress

Simone Rocha fitted tulle dress. With bow-tied neck cut out and gathered puff sleeves. Ruffle details adorn the shoulder seams, and frame the front and back cut out details. The season's harness bodysuit is echoed here in the fitted bodice, with the full skirt gathered at this seam. Fits true to size with a fitted waistband. Made in Portugal.
